Filled with warming cinnamon chocolate and spiced with dried fruit

Bao dough: wheat flour, water, sugar, coconut milk (coconut extract, citric acid), baking powder, yeast, salt, cacao powder (natural colouring) 

Filling: dried mixed fruit (32%) (sultanas, raisins, candied citrus peel (glucose-fructose syrup, orange peel, lemon peel), citric acid, sulphur dioxide), Belgian milk chocolate (32%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), butter (milk), coconut milk, gelatine, cinnamon powder (2%) 

Gingerbread Bao Buns

Filled with a delicate gingerbread mousse and ginger pieces 

Bao dough: wheat flour, water, sugar, coconut milk (coconut extract, citric acid), baking powder, yeast, salt, orange colouring (E102, E129), natural green colouring

Filling: coconut milk, stem ginger pieces (16%) (ginger, sugar, sulphur dioxide), custard powder (cornflour, natural colours (annatto, curcumin), natural vanilla flavour), gelatine, cornstarch, ginger powder (2%).
