Filling: aubergine (19.1%), courgette (19.1%), butternut squash (19.1%), bamboo shoot (9.6%), water chestnut (9.6%), coconut milk, green chilli, lemongrass, garlic, sugar, salt, galangal, coriander seed, kaffir lime peel, potato starch, pepper, cumin, turmeric 

Naturally coloured with turmeric, sprinkled with Thai seven spice powder
