Bao dough: wheat flour, water, sugar, coconut milk (coconut extract, citric acid), baking powder, yeast, salt  

Filling: British grass-fed beef (69.2%), coconut milk, dried red chillis, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, galangal, shrimp paste, desiccated coconut, lime leaf, coriander seed, Kaffir lime peel, mace, cardamom, cinnamon 

Sprinkled with kerisik (toasted desiccated coconut)
