Roasted succulent British free-range chicken in a sweet, sticky Chinese barbecue marinade with spring onions and shallots in soft, fluffy buns



Bao dough: wheat flour, water, sugar, coconut milk (coconut extract, citric acid), baking powder, yeast, salt, beetroot powder 

Filling: British free-range chicken (83.6%), char siu marinade (honey, fermented soybean paste, soy sauce (soybeans, wheat), corn starch, dehydrated garlic, spices, acetic acid) (4.2%), honey, Shaoxing wine (contains wheat, colour: plain caramel), garlic, shallot (3.6%), spring onion (2.2%), red fermented beancurd (soybeans, wine), oyster (mollusc) extract, sugar, salt, sesame oil, chicken bouillon powder (contains maltodextrin), gelatine, vegetable oil, potato starch, five spice powder

Naturally coloured with beetroot, sprinkled with gochugaru (mild Korean pepper flakes)
