Shiitake mushrooms and tofu braised in a home-style miso sauce with carrots, water chestnuts and spring onions in soft, fluffy buns 100% plant based



Bao dough: wheat flour, water, sugar, coconut milk (coconut extract, citric acid), baking powder, yeast, salt, beetroot powder 

Filling: Shiitake mushroom (33%), pine mushroom (22%), marinated pressed tofu (soybean, spice, vegetable oil, magnesium chloride) (15.4%), carrot (6.6%), water chestnut (6.6%), white miso (soybean, rice, alcohol) (4.4%), spring onion (1.1%), mushroom sauce (soy sauce (soybeans, wheat), modified corn starch, yeast extract, colour (plain caramel), dried Shiitake) (2.3%), Shaoxing wine (contains wheat, colour: plain caramel), vegetable oil, garlic, potato starch

Naturally coloured with beetroot, sprinkled with nori seaweed
