Filling: pineapple (50%), coconut milk (coconut extract (75%), citric acid) (22%), sugar, butter (milk, salt), custard powder, (cornflour, natural colours (annatto, curcumin), natural vanilla flavour) (11%), milk powder (milk), egg yolk (egg), coconut essence (natural flavouring, propylene glycol) (2%), pineapple essence (natural flavouring, propylene glycol) (1%), lime juice.
RASPBERRY & LYCHEE CHOCOLATE BUNS
Bao dough: wheat flour, cocoa powder, water, sugar, coconut milk (coconut extract, citric acid), baking powder, yeast, salt
Filling: Belgian white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour) (40%), lychee (25%), raspberry (25%), butter (milk, salt), sugar, milk powder (milk).
Topped with edible rose petals.
